ESSO MEDALS OF ACHIEVEMENT
VANCOUVER CANUCKS 2023 YOUTH NIGHT
The Vancouver Canucks teamed up with the Esso Medals of Achievement program to give the
Surrey Falcons the experience of a lifetime.
The Esso Medals program is a way to recognize the great values minor hockey players bring to their teams. Whether it's their dedication, growth, or team spirit, coaches and team administrators are equipped to celebrate players all
season long. It aims to recognize
their commitment and hard work with personalized medals and certificates.
The program encourages participation and fosters community spirit by promoting achievement in the sport, with a focus on creating memorable experiences
for all involved.
Responsibilities included coordinating a youth night event for Esso’s partnership with the Vancouver Canucks to highlight the Esso Medals of Achievement Program. Managed the selection and vetting of a minor hockey league team from rural BC, organized logistics including transportation, suite access, and branded merchandise, and ensured the
event was within budget.Worked
closely with Esso and the Canucks
to secure approvals
and facilitate a videographer to capture
the event, ensuring a memorable
experience for the team.
