Held on July 27,2019, Palm Bay Rosé made a splash in Toronto through the sampling
activation during The Rosé Picnic, Canada’s largest premium festival dedicated to
rosé wine and beverages.
Aiming to introduce the brand to a wider audience, The Rosé Picnic event attracted over 12,000 attendees over a weekend and featured curated food offerings by celebrity chef Mark McEwan, music from top DJs, and numerous brand activations. Palm Bay Rosé, with its refreshing wild strawberry and watermelon flavors, sought to connect with festival-goers and build brand awareness in this lively, social setting.
Responsibilities included training and managing brand ambassadors, overseeing inventory for Palm Bay Rosé and the popcorn station, and ensuring compliance with festival rules
and LCBO regulations. On-site execution involved coordinating the team, overseeing
activation footprint, and addressing any logistical issues. Consumer feedback and
visual content were gathered to assess engagement and brand reception, culminating
in a final report for the client.
